Gray Wolves Distributing, LLC provides automated teller machine (ATM) placement, maintenance, servicing, and related customer support to our clients. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Account Updates Text Messaging Campaign

We offer a limited text messaging program called Account Updates to make it easier for our existing ATM clients to receive important customer support and transactional notifications.

Purpose of the Account Updates Campaign: This campaign is used exclusively for two-way customer care and account-related communications with current clients. Messages may include:

• Responses to your support inquiries about your ATM
• Service or maintenance reminders
• Basic transaction or account alerts (only when you have requested them)
• Other non-promotional updates related to your existing ATM service

No marketing, promotional, or sales messages are ever sent under this campaign. Message volume is intentionally very low — typically 0–5 messages per client per month.

How Consent Is Obtained: You provide explicit consent to receive messages under the Account Updates campaign when you voluntarily submit your mobile phone number via our website contact or support form, account setup portal, service agreements, or during in-person onboarding at ATM locations.

Consent is collected through a separate, clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox with the following exact wording:

“I consent to receive text messages from [Your Exact Business Name] at the mobile number provided for account support, service notifications, transaction alerts, and responses to my inquiries under the Account Updates program.
